  • Untangling Relationships

Untangling Relationships: A Christian Perspective on Codependency helps identify the painful effects of codependency, which can be defined as the compulsion to help everyone and fix everything. When you care about someone, it's easy to get stuck in painful and even destructive patterns- caving into a spouse's manipulation, ignoring a live-at-home son's irresponsibility, not confronting a friend's addiction. We excuse people again and again, and then kick ourselves for not setting better boundaries.
